We offer shipping within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped free of charge. The total cost displayed at checkout is final, with any additional fees applied.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed before our cut-off time, 17:00 GMT.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- An order confirmation email is sent once the purchase is completed.
- Orders placed after 17:00 GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping and Delivery Time
Once dispatched, transit times are within an estimated timeframe of 4–7 business days.
- Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (processing + transit).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Dispatch and Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
