Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed for orders placed with The Nuzzle Buddy.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available for use on our store.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is required in full at the time you place your order. Orders are submitted for processing only after the payment method has been successfully authorised.
Payment Authorization and Verification
All payments are subject to verification, authorisation, and fraud screening. If a payment is declined, delayed, or flagged for review, your order will not be processed until the issue has been resolved.
If we are unable to complete payment authorisation, the order will be cancelled automatically or placed on hold. In such cases, you need to place a new order using a different payment method.
Secure Checkout
Payments on our store are processed through Shopify’s checkout systems and supported payment providers. We do not ask customers to send card details by email or phone.
Billing Information
You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information when placing an order. Incorrect billing details may lead to payment failure, verification delays, or order cancellation.
Order Confirmation
Once payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean that the order cannot later be reviewed, adjusted, or cancelled where necessary, including in cases involving payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
Pricing and Checkout Totals
Product prices and order totals are shown on the store and at checkout. The final amount payable will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Failed or Cancelled Transactions
If your transaction fails but a temporary authorisation appears on your account, your payment provider or bank will determine when the authorisation is released. We do not control the release time for pending bank authorisations.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval. Processing times after issuance may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
